And again for every ingredient.
A calorie counter for busy people. Take a photo, say it or type it to ChatGPT or Claude. The assistant estimates the portion and calories, and YumiFit lays out your day, week and month on its own.
No ads and no clicking through lists.

to the assistant you already use. That’s it.
YumiFit: for lunch, a large portion of chicken with rice and salad
Saved in YumiFit
Ask what to buy and how to plan breakfast. At the end, say: save it in YumiFit.
You don’t copy the conversation into another app. Everything reaches your diary on its own.
No new app to learn. You stay in ChatGPT or Claude, with your work and conversations.
Type or talk to your assistant, and the diary falls into place.
For breakfast: 93 g of this bread and 50 g of this cheese.
Saved to today's breakfast: bread 93 g and cheese 50 g. 328 kcal in total.
Breakfast328 kcal
Actually, it was 63 g of cheese.
Fixed: cheese 63 g instead of 50 g. Breakfast is now 374 kcal.
Breakfast374 kcal
I fancy yogurt with granola. Will that be okay?
Yes, you have about 696 kcal left and this is about 320 kcal. For more protein, add some skyr.

Free. Your diary works right away.
ChatGPT or Claude. You do it once.
Photo, voice or text. The assistant does the rest.
One glance and you know if you are on track: today, this week and this month.
A day with no entries doesn’t count as 0 kcal.
A night out or a holiday? Raise the limit for that one day, and the calories still count.
You decide which days are complete, and only those count towards the average.
See who’s keeping the rhythm. Calories only if you choose to show them.
Average this week

Only what the assistant is asked to save reaches your diary. No ads and no tracking.

Yes. No subscription and no ads. The assistant runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude plan.
A calorie counter is one more app to open, even when it recognises photos. Here you talk to the assistant you already use, by voice too, for example in the shop, and at the end you say: save it in YumiFit. The diary falls into place.
For Claude, no: it works on the free plan too. For ChatGPT it depends on your plan and country, and the connection guide has the latest.
Yes, if your assistant has voice mode or dictation. Say what you eat and it saves it to your diary.
As accurate as what goes in. Label values and weighed portions are the most accurate. An estimate from a photo is less so and carries a ≈. You can fix any entry with one sentence.
Yes. Tell the assistant what you plan to eat, for the coming days too. A plan doesn’t count towards your calories until you eat it.
Yes. One account works with ChatGPT, Claude and the web app at the same time, and everything goes into the same diary.
Yes. You can add meals by hand in the app and connect an assistant whenever you like.
If you ask. The assistant checks today’s diary and tells you whether something fits or what simple thing to add.
Only what the assistant saves in the diary: meals, goals and comments. We don’t see your conversations and don’t store photos. You can download all your data in Settings and easily delete your whole account.
For busy people who want to watch calories without clicking through one more app: cutting, maintaining, building muscle or with no goal at all. It’s a diary, not medical advice. If food or weight worries you, talk to a doctor or dietitian.
